Jonathan Creek, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with robust clinical experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes through evidence-based primary care. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, building on his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Kennesaw State University.
Jonathan’s clinical career includes serving as a Charge Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Heart and Vascular Unit at the Medical Center of Arlington, where he developed advanced competencies in cardiovascular care and patient leadership. He also served as a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Unit at Centennial Medical Center in Frisco, Texas, gaining valuable experience in managing a diverse range of patient needs.
